Ed & Joyce

Originally from Holland, Ed and Joyce Quarrè were initially drawn to Thailand in October of 2003. Having worked together in cuisine throughout Europe, their search for a suitable location for the Red Snapper concept came to an end when Joyce's parents suggested Ko Lanta. After several months of hard work and complete site renovation, Red Snapper opened to a warm Thai welcome.
